Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be a more mature and feature-rich app, evidenced by its positive rating and existing user reviews. It's likely better suited for merchants who need a robust solution with advanced segmentation, customization options, and analytics. Its strength lies in flexibility of question delivery and deep dive into customer behavior.
Hidden Gems ‑ Pre&Post Surveys, despite its lack of reviews, could be appealing to merchants prioritizing a less intrusive survey experience integrated tightly within the checkout process. If a focus on minimal disruption and incentivizing responses with direct Shopify discounts is key, and the merchant is comfortable taking a chance on a newer app, Hidden Gems may be the preferable option. It's ideal for merchants valuing simple, elegant design and a customer-centric experience.
