Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a versatile and comprehensive survey solution to inform marketing attribution, advertising optimization, and product development, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the stronger choice. Its ability to gather both pre- and post-purchase data across multiple channels, combined with its advanced segmentation and customization features, provides richer insights. However, if your primary goal is to seamlessly collect post-purchase feedback directly within the Shopify Checkout process and leverage AI-powered analysis for quick and actionable insights, Iterate could be a better fit. Iterate's strength lies in its simplicity and focus on post-purchase customer satisfaction. The lack of reviews for Iterate makes it a riskier choice until it has a track record, so consider that in your decision.
