Gojiberry Survey & Feedback vs PostRev ‑ Discounts For Datafor Shopify (2026)
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback and PostRev ‑ Discounts For Data are both Shopify survey apps boasting perfect 5/5 ratings, however, they cater to distinctly different merchant needs and priorities. Gojiberry emphasizes comprehensive survey solutions for scaling ads and marketing through pre-purchase and post-purchase data collection, offering a wider range of features and integrations, including Shopify Extensibility support, easy no-code setup, QR code functionality, and advanced targeting options. PostRev focuses specifically on rewarding customers with discounts in exchange for data, a narrower but potentially effective strategy for data acquisition. The core difference lies in their approaches. Gojiberry is an all-in-one survey platform, enabling diverse survey types, advanced customization, and detailed analytics, making it ideal for merchants seeking deep customer insights across various touchpoints. PostRev's simple concept leverages the allure of discounts to entice customers to share information, potentially yielding quicker data collection but lacking Gojiberry's comprehensive feature set. The significant disparity in the number of reviews (28 for Gojiberry vs. 6 for PostRev) suggests Gojiberry may have a larger user base and be more established in the market.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive survey solution to gather in-depth customer feedback for marketing optimization, product development, and overall business insights, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the clear choice. Its broader feature set, including Shopify Extensibility support, customization options, and advanced targeting, provides the tools necessary for sophisticated data collection and analysis.
However, for merchants primarily interested in quickly acquiring basic customer data by leveraging the incentive of discounts, PostRev ‑ Discounts For Data offers a more streamlined approach. If your goal is a simple exchange of data for a discount and you don't require extensive customization or advanced analytics, PostRev may be sufficient. Consider the long-term value of detailed insights versus immediate data capture when making your decision.
