Gojiberry Survey & Feedback vs Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback and Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder both aim to enhance Shopify stores by enabling merchants to gather valuable customer data through forms and surveys, but they cater to slightly different needs and approaches. Gojiberry positions itself as a user-friendly, rapidly deployable survey solution focused on marketing attribution and customer understanding. Its strength lies in pre-built templates and integrations tailored for immediate use in ad campaigns and marketing strategies. Primy, conversely, emphasizes customization and flexibility, offering an AI-powered form builder capable of creating a wide variety of forms beyond just surveys, including contact forms, registration forms, and inquiry forms, with a focus on file uploads and integration with external services. The core difference lies in the level of specialization and technical capabilities. Gojiberry is ideal for merchants seeking a streamlined survey solution, primarily for marketing insights, while Primy is better suited for merchants who require more extensive customization and versatility in their form creation, particularly those needing to collect files or manage complex form workflows. Gojiberry prioritizes ease of use and rapid deployment, making it attractive for merchants with limited technical expertise, while Primy appeals to those comfortable with more advanced configuration options to tailor forms precisely to their business requirements.
