Gojiberry Survey & Feedback vs Pulse NPS, Surveys & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback and Pulse NPS, Surveys & Feedback are both highly-rated Shopify apps designed to collect customer feedback through surveys. Gojiberry positions itself as an easy-to-use survey solution, emphasizing rapid setup and targeted surveys for improving marketing attribution and identifying product opportunities. It targets merchants seeking a streamlined approach to integrating surveys into their email marketing and product insert strategies. Pulse NPS, on the other hand, is an enterprise-level customer experience suite focused on real-time feedback analysis and proactive churn prevention, boasting multichannel deployment and NLP-powered insights. The primary distinction lies in their target audience and complexity. Gojiberry caters to merchants looking for a quick and simple solution to gather targeted feedback, with features like easy templates and QR code surveys. Pulse NPS is geared towards larger merchants needing comprehensive customer experience management across multiple channels (web, email, SMS, in-store), utilizing advanced features like NLP analysis and real-time alerts. The review count disparity (28 vs. 1) also suggests Gojiberry has a larger user base and potentially more real-world validation, although Pulse NPS's 'enterprise-level' claim may explain lower numbers.
