Our Verdict
Given the current data, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants. Its established track record, positive user reviews, and comprehensive feature set provide a solid foundation for creating and deploying effective surveys. Merchants looking for a quick and easy solution with advanced targeting capabilities will find Gojiberry particularly appealing. Quest Surveys & Feedback, lacking any reviews or documented features, presents a significant risk. It may be suitable only for very early adopters willing to experiment with an unproven app and provide initial feedback.
