Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants aiming to optimize their marketing campaigns and understand customer attribution across various touchpoints, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the stronger choice. Its robust feature set, including advanced segmentation and diverse survey distribution methods, provides the tools needed for in-depth marketing analysis. The larger number of reviews also provides increased confidence in the product's reliability and features. However, if a merchant primarily wants a simple and direct way for customers to provide feedback on their immediate shopping experience and address urgent usability issues, Rex Feedback may be a better starting point. Although it has very few reviews, it streamlines on-site feedback collection, making it easy for customers to report problems. However, scaling may be more easily managed by Gojiberry.
