Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a quick and easy way to gather broad customer feedback across multiple touchpoints, including pre-purchase, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be the stronger choice due to its simpler setup and wider range of deployment methods. Its focus on marketing attribution is also a key differentiator. However, if a merchant prioritizes deep post-purchase data analysis and seamless integration with other marketing tools like Klaviyo and HubSpot, Scope Post Purchase Survey is the better option, leveraging Shopify Flow for automation. While Scope emphasizes advanced analytics, the limited number of reviews presents a risk that potential users should consider.
