Gojiberry Survey & Feedback vs SEA Post Purchase Survey Appfor Shopify (2026)
Both Gojiberry Survey & Feedback and SEA Post Purchase Survey App aim to help Shopify merchants collect valuable customer feedback, but they approach the task with slightly different strengths. Gojiberry emphasizes ease of use and quick setup, targeting merchants who want to rapidly implement surveys across various touchpoints, including pre-purchase and product inserts. Their focus is on speed and accessibility, boasting a 1-minute setup and user-friendly templates. SEA Post Purchase Survey App, on the other hand, positions itself as a more robust solution for targeted data collection and in-depth analysis. It highlights advanced targeting capabilities, integration with Shopify Flow and email apps, and comprehensive reporting features, suggesting a focus on merchants who want a more integrated and analytical survey solution. Gojiberry’s strength lies in its simplicity and accessibility, making it attractive to smaller merchants or those new to surveys. Its pre-purchase survey capabilities and QR code/link distribution options offer flexibility in gathering feedback. SEA Post Purchase Survey excels in providing a more mature and integrated survey experience, appealing to merchants who require advanced targeting, automation, and comprehensive data analysis within their existing tech stack. The significantly higher number of reviews suggests broader adoption and potentially more extensive real-world testing of SEA Post Purchase Survey’s capabilities, although Gojiberry's perfect rating should still be considered.
