Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive survey solution to gather feedback across the customer lifecycle and improve marketing attribution, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the better choice. Its versatility, advanced features, and robust analytics provide a holistic view of customer sentiment. However, for merchants primarily concerned with cart abandonment and seeking a simple, targeted solution to understand why visitors are leaving, Simplify Exit Intent Survey is more suitable. It offers a straightforward way to capture exit intent data and address specific pain points in the checkout process. The limited reviews for Simplify Exit Intent Survey, though positive, warrant caution in judging its long-term performance compared to Gojiberry Survey & Feedback.
