Gojiberry Survey & Feedback vs Survser ‑ Popup Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback and Survser ‑ Popup Surveys both aim to help Shopify merchants gather customer feedback through surveys, but they differ significantly in their approach and feature set. Gojiberry positions itself as a comprehensive solution for scaling ads and marketing through pre- and post-purchase surveys, offering a wider range of survey delivery methods (email, product inserts, SNS, pop-ups) and advanced features like segmentation and conditional logic. It targets merchants looking for in-depth insights into customer behavior, marketing attribution, and product development. Survser, on the other hand, focuses on simplicity and ease of use with a focus solely on pop-up surveys within the store. Survser targets merchants seeking a straightforward way to collect feedback to improve user experience and customer satisfaction through on-site surveys. While Gojiberry supports Shopify Extensibility indicating modern compatibility, Survser lacks this explicit mention. The sheer number of reviews (28 for Gojiberry vs. 1 for Survser) suggests Gojiberry has a much larger user base and potentially a more mature product. Gojiberry appears to provide more extensive customization options, reporting, and integration capabilities, making it a more powerful, albeit potentially more complex, solution than Survser.
