Gojiberry Survey & Feedback vs Traxoft: Image Votingfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback and Traxoft: Image Voting both aim to provide survey solutions for Shopify merchants. However, their approaches and current standing differ significantly. Gojiberry focuses on comprehensive pre- and post-purchase surveys designed to gather marketing attribution data, improve product development, and personalize customer experiences through advanced segmentation and conditional logic. Gojiberry positions itself as an essential tool for scaling ads and marketing efforts. In contrast, Traxoft: Image Voting, with limited information available, likely concentrates on gathering feedback through image-based voting, appealing to a potentially narrower set of use cases. The key difference lies in the scope and maturity of the offerings. Gojiberry boasts a high rating with a reasonable number of reviews and outlines a wider range of survey types and deployment methods (email, product inserts, SNS). Its emphasis on easy setup, customization, and advanced analytics suggests a robust and user-friendly platform. Traxoft's lack of reviews and missing feature details make it difficult to assess its capabilities, target audience, and value proposition relative to Gojiberry. While both serve Shopify stores needing survey options, their functionalities cater to distinct merchant needs, with Gojiberry appearing as the more versatile choice for comprehensive customer feedback.

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be the stronger choice, especially for those focused on leveraging customer insights to optimize marketing, develop products, and improve customer experience. Its established user base, positive reviews, and comprehensive feature set make it a reliable option.
Traxoft: Image Voting might be suitable for niche scenarios where visual preference feedback is the primary objective. However, given the limited information and lack of user reviews, merchants should approach with caution and thoroughly investigate its capabilities before committing. Gojiberry, due to its overall functionality and established reputation, offers a less risky and more versatile solution for the majority of Shopify stores.
