Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is a stronger choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive survey solution with extensive customization options and a wider range of feedback collection points. Its advanced features like segmentation and detailed analytics make it suitable for businesses looking to deeply understand customer behavior and optimize their marketing strategies. Zenloop surveys, while focused on checkout feedback, lacks user reviews, making it a riskier option. If checkout-specific feedback is paramount and the merchant already uses Zenloop, it might be a worthwhile integration. However, for most merchants, Gojiberry offers a more robust and proven solution.
