If a business is deeply committed to environmental sustainability and wants to leverage those values for marketing and customer engagement, GoodAPI is the clear choice. It allows merchants to integrate their values into the customer journey, potentially attracting and retaining a loyal eco-conscious customer base. Conversely, if a merchant's primary goal is to boost conversions, reduce RTOs (especially in markets where COD is common), and provide a seamless checkout experience, Razorpay COD & Magic Checkout is the more suitable option. Its AI-powered features and RTO reduction capabilities directly address common pain points in the checkout process.
