Our Verdict
Merchants seeking a proven and widely adopted helpdesk solution with established functionality across various support channels may lean towards Gorgias: Helpdesk, Chat & FAQ. The large number of reviews provides more confidence in its reliability and feature set. However, merchants prioritizing AI-driven automation, wanting to leverage modern messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), and comfortable with a newer app may find Jotform AI Chatbot & Live Chat a better fit. The emphasis on AI can reduce workload and provide 24/7 personalized support, which is ideal for high-growth businesses or those with limited customer support resources. However, the lower review count for Jotform AI Chatbot & Live Chat suggests less market validation, requiring careful evaluation before commitment.
