Our Verdict
For larger businesses needing a holistic customer support solution encompassing multiple channels, Gorgias is the clear choice. Its integration with other support avenues and FAQ management provides a more comprehensive approach. However, for merchants whose primary focus is leveraging WhatsApp for direct communication, marketing, and sales, Kanal is the superior option. It delivers a targeted solution for maximizing WhatsApp's potential. The higher rating of Kanal suggests high satisfaction among its specific target audience, although the significantly lower number of reviews compared to Gorgias must be considered.
