Grapevine Post Purchase Survey vs Locadfor Shopify (2026)
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey and Locad, while both categorized under 'Analytics' by Shopify, serve drastically different purposes. Grapevine focuses on gathering customer insights through surveys, aiming to improve marketing and customer experience strategies. It boasts a high rating (5/5) based on a significant number of reviews (142) and promises unlimited survey responses for a fixed price, making it attractive to merchants seeking scalable feedback mechanisms. Its strength lies in its integrations with marketing and analytics tools like Klaviyo, GA4, and Google Sheets, enabling data-driven decisions. In contrast, Locad positions itself as a logistics engine for e-commerce brands operating in the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to streamline storing, packing, shipping, and tracking orders. However, it has a very low rating (1/5) based on only 2 reviews, suggesting potential issues or very niche appeal. Its key features revolve around inventory management, automated order fulfillment, and shipping optimization, targeting merchants with complex logistics needs in the specified region. Our Verdict
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the clear choice for merchants looking to understand their customers better through surveys. Its unlimited response model and strong integrations make it valuable for improving marketing and customer experience strategies. The high rating and numerous positive reviews further reinforce its appeal. It is generally recommended for any Shopify store owner who wants to leverage post-purchase feedback to improve their business.
Locad, on the other hand, is suitable only for merchants specifically requiring a logistics solution focused on the Asia-Pacific region. However, the extremely low rating and minimal reviews raise significant concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Unless a merchant has a very specific and compelling reason to choose Locad despite these concerns, it is difficult to recommend, and alternative logistics solutions should be thoroughly investigated.
