Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on understanding their customer journey post-purchase and gathering in-depth feedback at scale, Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the superior choice. Its unlimited responses and focus on attribution and segmentation make it ideal for data-driven decision-making. However, if a merchant needs a flexible form builder for multiple purposes, including contact forms, lead generation, and general surveys, and values AI-powered assistance and features like file uploads, Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is a better fit. Primy provides a broader set of functionalities but lacks the specific depth and focus of Grapevine on post-purchase experience.
