H3 Order Feedback vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
Both H3 Order Feedback and Zigpoll Customer Surveys aim to help Shopify merchants gather customer feedback through surveys. However, they appear to target different segments of the market and offer varying levels of sophistication. H3 Order Feedback positions itself as a simple solution for collecting feedback on orders, primarily focusing on post-fulfillment surveys. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, on the other hand, offers a broader suite of survey types, including pre-purchase, post-purchase, NPS, on-site, and email/SMS surveys, coupled with AI-driven analytics and deeper integration capabilities. The substantial difference in review counts (1 vs. 417) strongly suggests Zigpoll has a significantly larger user base and a longer track record in the market. H3 Order Feedback's key strength lies in its simplicity and focus on post-order feedback. The automated feedback requests and easy-to-use customization (emoji/stars) cater to merchants seeking a straightforward feedback loop. Zigpoll provides a more comprehensive solution, offering advanced features like abandoned checkout campaigns, multilingual support, seamless Shopify integration (Order Status and Thank You Page Checkout Extensions), and AI analytics. This breadth of functionality makes it better suited for larger or more sophisticated merchants who require in-depth customer insights and automation across multiple touchpoints. Both apps boast 5/5 ratings, but the massive difference in review volume significantly bolsters the credibility of Zigpoll's rating.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a simple and easy-to-implement solution for collecting post-order feedback, H3 Order Feedback may suffice, particularly if they are just starting out and have limited requirements. For businesses that require a more comprehensive and feature-rich survey platform with robust analytics, abandoned cart recovery, and advanced integration capabilities, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear winner. The significantly higher number of positive reviews further validates its reliability and effectiveness. Zigpoll's investment in AI analytics and its support for multiple survey types positions it as a powerful tool for businesses looking to deeply understand their customers and optimize their entire customer journey.
