Hello Pine: Easy Multichannel vs Parcel Panel Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Hello Pine: Easy Multichannel and Parcel Panel Order Tracking are Shopify apps addressing the 'Orders' category, but cater to vastly different merchant needs. Hello Pine focuses on centralizing order and inventory management for merchants selling on European marketplaces like Otto, Kaufland, and Avocadostore. Its value proposition is simplifying multi-channel operations directly within Shopify, eliminating the need for technical expertise. In contrast, Parcel Panel Order Tracking specializes in providing a branded order tracking experience for customers, improving post-purchase engagement and potentially reducing WISMO (Where Is My Order) inquiries. The primary difference lies in their core functionality: Hello Pine simplifies managing orders from external sales channels, while Parcel Panel enhances the customer's order tracking experience after purchase. Hello Pine targets merchants already selling, or planning to sell, on specific marketplaces and who require centralized management. Parcel Panel appeals to a broader range of Shopify merchants aiming to improve customer satisfaction through transparent and branded order tracking. The significant difference in the number of reviews also indicates a much larger user base for Parcel Panel, suggesting a more mature and widely adopted solution in its specific niche.

Our Verdict
Hello Pine is the clear choice for Shopify merchants who are already selling or planning to sell on Otto, Kaufland, or Avocadostore, and need a centralized system to manage orders and inventory. Its focus on simplifying multi-channel operations makes it ideal for businesses seeking to streamline their processes and avoid the complexities of managing multiple sales channels separately.
Parcel Panel Order Tracking, on the other hand, is a strong recommendation for any Shopify merchant who wants to enhance the post-purchase customer experience by providing branded and informative order tracking. Its high rating and vast user base suggest it's a reliable solution for improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer service inquiries related to order status. If a merchant does not sell on those specific marketplaces, Parcel Panel provides much more value.
Common Questions
Can I use both Hello Pine: Easy Multichannel and Parcel Panel Order Tracking?
Yes, these apps address different aspects of order management. Hello Pine focuses on importing and managing orders from specific marketplaces, while Parcel Panel enhances the customer's order tracking experience after purchase.
Is Hello Pine suitable for merchants selling only on Shopify?
No, Hello Pine is designed for merchants selling on external marketplaces like Otto, Kaufland, and Avocadostore. If you only sell on Shopify, Hello Pine will not provide any value.

No, Parcel Panel focuses on providing customers with up-to-date order tracking information. It does not directly impact order fulfillment speed.
What if my marketplace isn't supported by Hello Pine?

Does the higher rating of Parcel Panel mean it's a better app overall?
Not necessarily. While Parcel Panel has a slightly higher rating and significantly more reviews, it addresses a different need than Hello Pine. The 'better' app depends entirely on your specific requirements. If you need to manage orders from Otto, Kaufland, or Avocadostore, Hello Pine is the more appropriate choice. If you prioritize branded order tracking, Parcel Panel is superior.
