HeloRobo : WhatsApp & LiveChat vs Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chatfor Shopify (2026)
Both HeloRobo : WhatsApp & LiveChat and Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat aim to help Shopify merchants leverage WhatsApp and other messaging platforms for customer support and marketing. HeloRobo positions itself as an all-in-one solution, emphasizing a unified inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, along with features like automated responses, product sharing within chats, and WhatsApp marketing capabilities. Kanal, while also focusing on WhatsApp marketing and chat, lacks explicit mention of Instagram and Facebook integration. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive omnichannel solution encompassing WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, HeloRobo presents a compelling option, provided they are comfortable with a newer app with fewer reviews. Its features like automatic comment replies and the unified inbox could be highly beneficial for businesses actively managing their social media presence.
However, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat offers a more established and potentially more reliable choice for merchants whose primary focus is WhatsApp marketing and customer service. The higher number of reviews suggests a more mature product with a larger user base, potentially indicating greater stability and a more refined feature set specifically tailored to WhatsApp.
