Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing unique, branded customer experiences and are willing to invest in video-based solutions, Helpable may be an option to explore *if* they can overcome the lack of reviews and initial rating. However, given the complete absence of user feedback, caution is advised. lookfor AI Agents & AI Chatbot is better suited for businesses focused on efficiency, scalability, and data-driven optimization of their customer support. The 5-star rating and 23 reviews suggest a positive user experience and reliable performance.
Given the data available in 2026, lookfor appears to be the more mature and proven solution. The AI features will likely be attractive to fast-growing Shopify stores looking to automate as much of the customer support process as possible. Merchants using Shopify functions for order management would benefit from lookfor. Helpable's video features have the potential to be appealing for a specific target audience; however, the risk of choosing it is higher without existing reviews.
