Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a human touch and assistance with various aspects of their Shopify store, especially if they are Italian speakers, Helpify24 is a viable option. Its broad range of services caters to businesses that need help with app installations, content creation, and even social media strategy. However, the very limited number of reviews makes it difficult to assess reliability.
Conversely, Mailo AI : E‑Mail Support AI is better suited for merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their email customer support. If reducing response times and automating email tasks are top priorities, Mailo AI's AI-powered automation could be a valuable asset. The slightly higher review count adds to the confidence.
