Helpify24 and ShopLite offer contrasting approaches to customer support for Shopify merchants in 2026. Helpify24 positions itself as a human-powered support agency, providing assistance with a wide range of tasks, from app installation to content creation and social media guidance. The app emphasizes personalized help from online operators via live chat or a ticket system, with a guaranteed 24-hour response time for tickets. ShopLite, on the other hand, is an AI-powered chatbot designed to automate support, drive sales, and improve customer engagement. The key difference lies in the level of human interaction. Helpify24 provides personalized, hands-on assistance, whereas ShopLite offers automated support via AI. The language used in the description also differs - Helpify24 is described in Italian, indicating a potential focus on Italian-speaking merchants. ShopLite promotes itself as an AI-powered assistant available in 100+ languages. Our Verdict
Helpify24 is better suited for Shopify merchants, potentially Italian-speaking, who require personalized, hands-on assistance with a wide range of operational tasks, from app installation to content creation and marketing. The perfect rating, albeit based on a small sample size, suggests positive initial user experiences. However, the limited availability and reliance on human operators might make it less scalable for larger businesses. ShopLite, on the other hand, is a better choice for merchants seeking a scalable and cost-effective solution for automating customer support, sales, and order tracking. Its 24/7 availability and multi-language support make it ideal for businesses with a global customer base or high volumes of inquiries. The lack of reviews is a significant risk factor. Merchants considering ShopLite should thoroughly test its AI capabilities to ensure it meets their specific needs before committing to a subscription.
