Our Verdict
Helpify24 is ideal for merchants who need ongoing, comprehensive support from human experts to manage various aspects of their Shopify store, especially if they lack in-house expertise in areas like app installation, content creation, or social media marketing. Its strength lies in personalized assistance. Taggo: Inbox & AI Chatbot is better suited for merchants who prioritize efficient customer communication, desire to automate responses to common inquiries, and want to streamline their inbox management using AI. For businesses handling a high volume of customer inquiries, Taggo's AI-powered automation will likely offer a more scalable solution. Given the limited number of reviews for both apps, a trial period is highly recommended to assess their suitability for your specific needs.
