Our Verdict
If you need a virtual assistant to handle a range of e-commerce tasks, from app installation to social media marketing advice, Helpify24 could be a good fit, especially if you value human interaction and personalized assistance. However, be mindful of the limited review count. If, on the other hand, your priority is to automate customer interactions and drive sales directly through WhatsApp and Instagram with minimal hands-on management, T‑Bit ‑ Whatsapp is the more compelling option, even with the very small review count.
Ultimately, the choice depends on your specific needs and resources. Merchants seeking broad support across many areas are better suited for Helpify24, while merchants with a strong focus on social commerce through WhatsApp and Instagram will likely find T-Bit's automation features more valuable. Given the small review counts for both apps, a trial period, if offered, would be extremely useful.
