Helpify24 vs Webkul Helpdesk Support‑UVdeskfor Shopify (2026)
Helpify24 and Webkul Helpdesk Support‑UVdesk both aim to assist Shopify merchants, but they do so with very different approaches. Helpify24 positions itself as an all-encompassing 'agency in cloud' offering broad support, from app installation to social media advice, delivered through live chat or tickets. Their support is framed as solving daily ecommerce problems. Webkul Helpdesk Support‑UVdesk, on the other hand, focuses on centralizing and streamlining customer support inquiries into a service ticket system. Helpify24 is more general, assisting with a wider range of tasks related to operating a Shopify store, including operational tasks and marketing advice. Webkul Helpdesk Support-UVdesk strictly concerns itself with *customer* support management, optimizing the process of handling customer inquiries and tracking agent performance. Therefore, Helpify24 is for merchants seeking comprehensive operational assistance while Webkul Helpdesk Support‑UVdesk is for merchants looking to improve their customer support infrastructure.

Our Verdict
For smaller merchants or those new to Shopify who need broad guidance across different aspects of their store, Helpify24 could be a good starting point. Its generalist approach offers assistance beyond just customer support. However, its limited number of reviews should be taken into consideration.
Webkul Helpdesk Support‑UVdesk is the better choice for merchants with a significant volume of customer inquiries, especially those who need tools for managing their support team, tracking performance, and streamlining the entire customer support workflow. Its focus on ticket management, automated workflows, and reporting provides valuable insights and helps to optimize the customer support process. If your primary goal is to improve your existing customer support, choose UVdesk. But note the initial setup complexity.
