Our Verdict
Kustomer seems like a more established and reliable option based on the higher rating and the presence of reviews. Its focus on AI-powered CRM and direct order management functionalities makes it suitable for eCommerce and retail businesses focused on delivering personalized and efficient support. However, HelpIQ‑AI Customer Support might be attractive to businesses that prioritize broader omnichannel support and team collaboration, especially if cost is a major constraint, and they are willing to take a risk on a newer app with no reviews. Smaller businesses or those very focused on social media channels might find HelpIQ appealing for its wider support channel coverage.
