HelpIQ‑AI Customer Support vs lookfor AI Agents & AI Chatbotfor Shopify (2026)
HelpIQ‑AI Customer Support and lookfor AI Agents & AI Chatbot both aim to improve customer service on Shopify through AI-powered solutions, but they approach the problem differently. HelpIQ focuses on providing a comprehensive, omnichannel support platform with real-time insights and team collaboration tools. It aims to streamline workflows and offer a complete view of the customer across various communication channels (chat, email, WhatsApp, etc.). However, it currently has no reviews, which might raise concerns about its reliability and performance. lookfor, on the other hand, emphasizes AI-powered automation and sales generation. It concentrates on using AI agents to handle specific support tasks, like order tracking and address updates, and uses an AI chatbot to find products and offer recommendations, which is aimed at converting inquiries into sales. The positive reviews suggest that it has gained traction and is likely a well-functioning app. lookfor also highlights the ability to create unlimited AI agents, which provides flexibility, and focus on metrics for revenue generation and ticket resolution. The choice between the two apps likely depends on the merchant's priorities: all-in-one customer support versus sales boosting automated assistance.
