Our Verdict
For merchants who heavily rely on Hermes for shipping, Hermes Shipping | easyHermes could be worth exploring, especially if its features specifically address their Hermes-related pain points. However, the significantly lower number of reviews suggests it might be a less mature product. Parcel Panel Order Tracking is the clear choice for merchants seeking a reliable and comprehensive order tracking solution. Its high rating and vast user base indicate a well-established and effective product. If a merchant isn't exclusively using Hermes, Parcel Panel offers a broader and arguably more valuable feature set for enhancing the post-purchase customer experience. The safety net of a large review base should provide confidence.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a dropshipping store?
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is likely the better choice for a dropshipping store because order tracking is crucial to manage customer expectations when shipping times can be longer. Hermes Shipping | easyHermes is less relevant unless you exclusively use Hermes for dropshipping.
Is Hermes Shipping | easyHermes a scam?
The available data doesn't indicate that Hermes Shipping | easyHermes is a scam. A low number of reviews doesn't inherently mean an app is untrustworthy. Further research, such as checking the developer's website and looking for independent reviews, would be advisable.
Can I use both apps together?
It's possible, but potentially redundant. If Hermes Shipping | easyHermes provides basic tracking information as part of its shipping process, Parcel Panel might offer a more comprehensive and customizable tracking experience. Assess if the overlap justifies the cost and complexity of using both.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the review counts, Parcel Panel Order Tracking likely has more extensive documentation and support resources, potentially making it easier to set up and use, even if Hermes Shipping | easyHermes aims for simplicity. A larger user base often correlates with more readily available community support as well.
Does Parcel Panel Order Tracking support Hermes tracking?
The description data doesn't specify that Parcel Panel supports Hermes. Check Parcel Panel's documentation or contact their support to confirm if Hermes is a supported carrier. If so, it would make Hermes Shipping | easyHermes even less appealing for most merchants.
