Our Verdict
Heymarket SMS, despite its low rating and limited reviews, could be a better fit for larger Shopify stores with dedicated support teams who need a comprehensive messaging platform with deep Shopify integration and enhanced security. Its ability to handle multiple channels and provide agents with customer data within the messaging interface can improve efficiency and personalize interactions. However, potential users should carefully examine the reasons behind the low rating before committing.
Phoneize: Call+WhatsApp Button is the clear choice for smaller businesses and solo entrepreneurs who want a simple, no-fuss way to improve conversions by making it easy for customers to contact them. The ease of installation and customization makes it an attractive option for those with limited technical expertise. The high rating and multiple positive reviews suggest that it delivers on its promise of increased customer contact and sales.
