Our Verdict
Given the data available in 2026, Zigpoll Customer Surveys appears to be the stronger option for most Shopify merchants seeking a robust and reliable survey solution. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest customer satisfaction and a proven track record. The breadth of its features, including multilingual support, email and SMS delivery, and AI-powered analytics, makes it a versatile choice for businesses of various sizes. However, Hidden Gems ‑ Pre&Post Surveys could be considered by merchants who prioritize a visually appealing and minimally intrusive survey experience, particularly if they are willing to take a chance on a newer app. If the primary goal is a quick, easy way to add a simple survey focusing on design and the 'Question Flow' approach is particularly appealing, and the merchant is comfortable with the lack of reviews, then Hidden Gems *might* be a fit. For most, Zigpoll's comprehensive approach and positive reviews make it the safer and more powerful choice.
