Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants struggling to attract and manage job applicants, HireUp: Careers Page offers a comprehensive solution to build a branded careers page and streamline the hiring process. Its AI features help quickly assess candidates, making it ideal for companies experiencing rapid growth and needing to expand their team.
However, if a store is overwhelmed by customer support calls, particularly regarding order status and returns, Ringly.io ‑ AI Phone Support provides an attractive automation solution. By offering 24/7 AI-driven support, it can significantly reduce the burden on support staff and improve customer satisfaction, making it perfect for larger stores with high call volumes. While both have high ratings, the low review count suggests both apps are relatively new and further user feedback is needed.
