Our Verdict
For merchants heavily invested in Instagram marketing and already using established SMS platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive, HiTide: Grow your SMS List offers a focused and potentially more effective solution for SMS list growth and measuring social ROI. Its Instagram DM automation and integrations make it a strong contender. However, for merchants seeking a comprehensive marketing solution encompassing email, SMS, chatbots, and pop-ups within a single platform, SendPulse Email, SMS & Pop‑ups provides a wider range of tools. The lack of ratings/reviews for SendPulse is a concern, so that should be factored in before making a decision.
