Our Verdict
For merchants specifically targeting the Dutch market and requiring iDEAL payment support, iDEAL by Lyra Collect presents a potentially simple solution. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. Komfortkasse offline payments is the superior choice for merchants dealing with a significant volume of bank transfers, prepayment, COD, or invoice payments. Its automation features, including fault-tolerant assignment and payment reminders, can drastically reduce manual workload. Given the significantly higher rating and number of reviews, Komfortkasse offline payments appears to be a more reliable and positively received application, assuming its features align with the merchant's needs.
