Our Verdict
If a merchant is specifically looking to implement a points-based loyalty program with referral incentives and tiered rewards, Influence: Loyalty & Referral is the clear choice. Its integrations with marketing tools like Klaviyo provide a unified customer experience. However, given the small number of reviews (27), newer merchants might want to proceed with caution and look for more recent feedback.
For merchants seeking to provide a dedicated mobile app experience to their customers, Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder is the superior option. Its strong rating and high number of reviews (684) suggest high user satisfaction. Shopney's focus on mobile optimization and personalized experiences makes it ideal for brands aiming to improve conversion rates and customer retention through a mobile-first strategy. The ease of use and no-code setup also make it an accessible option for merchants without technical expertise.
