Best Alternatives to Influence: Loyalty & Referralfor Shopify (2026)
Many Shopify merchants seek alternatives to Influence: Loyalty & Referral for various reasons. While Influence aims to be a comprehensive solution, some users find it lacks specific features they need or that the pricing doesn't align with their business size or strategy. Furthermore, while Influence highlights deep customization, some merchants may prefer a simpler, more streamlined experience, or find that the offered integrations aren't a perfect fit for their tech stack.
The app's 4.2/5 rating, while respectable, suggests that a portion of users may be looking for an app that more closely aligns with their specific needs or that provides a better overall experience. This could be due to the specific features they require, their budget, or a desire for an app that focuses on specific promotional tools rather than a broader loyalty program. Some stores may find they are getting more value from another approach to increasing customer LTV, or have shifted their marketing focus and want a tool to match.
