Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing speed, ease of use, and personalized assistance with their basic shipping needs, Innosend appears the better choice. However, the very limited number of reviews is a potential concern. For businesses needing to implement highly customized shipping rates based on various factors like product attributes, location, or delivery date, and are comfortable with a more complex configuration process, Shipping & Delivery ‑ ShipZip is the superior option, as evidenced by its high rating and significantly larger user base. The need for Carrier Calculated Shipping API for ShipZip may be a barrier for some merchants.
