Our Verdict
Richpanel, with its higher rating, significantly larger number of reviews, and clearly defined self-service and cost-reduction focused features, appears more suitable for Shopify merchants who are looking to aggressively automate their customer service operations and reduce support costs through self-service options and AI-powered replies. They target businesses looking to migrate from other platforms like Zendesk or Shopify Inbox. Intercom, while potentially a viable option, lacks sufficient detail and social proof to definitively recommend it over Richpanel based solely on the provided information. It might be better suited for smaller Shopify businesses with simpler customer service needs, but this is speculative.
