Our Verdict
For merchants needing flexible contact forms integrated with CRMs, email marketing platforms, or other APIs, IPS ‑ Contact Form to Any API is a suitable option, particularly given its free plan and no limits on forms/submissions. However, the very low number of reviews (only 2) should be considered. Merchants primarily focused on understanding their customers through targeted surveys and leveraging AI-powered analytics for optimization should strongly favor Zigpoll Customer Surveys. Zigpoll's high rating and large number of reviews, combined with its specialization in customer insights, makes it a more compelling choice for businesses prioritizing customer experience and data-driven decision-making.
