Our Verdict
For merchants specifically prioritizing WhatsApp for customer interaction and marketing, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat presents a seemingly reliable option based on its perfect rating and existing user feedback. Its focused approach might be ideal for businesses with a strong WhatsApp presence.
Conversely, Massively Live Chat & Chatbots aims to be a more comprehensive solution for merchants wanting to automate customer service across multiple channels, offering live chat, AI-powered chatbots, and a flow builder. However, the complete absence of reviews makes it a riskier choice, as its effectiveness and usability remain unproven. Merchants with a strong need for multi-channel support and a willingness to experiment might consider Massively, but should proceed with caution due to the lack of validation.
