Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants heavily invested in WhatsApp marketing or those targeting customers primarily using WhatsApp, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat appears to be the superior choice, especially given its perfect rating and higher number of reviews. Its strength lies in blending marketing initiatives with customer support directly within the WhatsApp platform. However, if a business needs a more general live chat solution that potentially integrates with various platforms beyond WhatsApp, and can accept a lower rating from existing users, then POWR: Live Chat may be a viable option. Merchants should prioritize their preferred communication channel and overall customer engagement strategy when choosing.
