Our Verdict
For merchants whose primary marketing and customer service channel is WhatsApp, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat is a strong contender, especially considering its perfect rating. If your business heavily relies on WhatsApp and wants to centralize its operations there, Kanal might be the better choice.
However, for businesses looking for a holistic customer engagement platform with omnichannel support, AI-powered chatbots, and in-depth marketing automation capabilities including EDM and Pop-up campaigns, QuickCEP: Live Chat&AI Chatbot is likely the superior option. Its integration with multiple platforms and CDP features offers a more comprehensive solution for managing customer interactions and driving sales, making it ideal for larger or fast-growing businesses with complex communication needs. Despite having a slightly lower rating, the higher number of reviews suggests more users have vetted the application in practice and found its features to be valuable.
