Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat is the far superior choice for most merchants. The perfect rating suggests a well-functioning app with satisfied users. SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned's 0/5 rating is a massive red flag and suggests significant issues with the app's functionality or support. While SH has more reviews, this does not overcome the fact that those reviews paint a picture of an app with fundamental problems. Unless a merchant is willing to take a significant risk and potentially waste time troubleshooting, Kanal is the clear recommendation. Merchants looking for comprehensive WhatsApp marketing features are more likely to benefit from Kanal given its explicit feature in its name.
