Our Verdict
Given the available data, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat seems the safer choice for merchants looking to leverage WhatsApp for customer engagement, particularly if they value a proven track record. The app has a perfect rating and established user base, which is a positive sign. However, the absence of detailed feature information makes it difficult to fully assess its functionality beyond basic WhatsApp chat.
Shopping Agent by Quickchat AI presents a potentially compelling option for merchants seeking an AI-driven, hands-off solution for customer support and product recommendations. Its promise of easy setup and OpenAI integration is attractive. However, the lack of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants with the risk tolerance and desire to experiment with cutting-edge AI should consider Shopping Agent, but should proceed cautiously and carefully monitor its performance. Merchants who can prioritize support via WhatsApp with proven support may favor Kanal.
