Our Verdict
For merchants heavily invested in WhatsApp as a primary communication channel and prioritizing direct human interaction, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat could be a suitable choice. However, the significantly lower number of reviews is something to note. For merchants seeking a more automated, AI-driven solution for sales and customer support across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, Yep: AI Chatbot for Sales appears to be the better option. The AI-powered features like product recommendations and abandoned cart rescue could be highly valuable for increasing conversion rates and reducing customer support workload. However, the app's single review makes it difficult to gauge its real-world performance and reliability. Merchants should proceed with caution and potentially explore a trial period if available.

Kanal's scalability depends on the availability of human agents to manage WhatsApp conversations.
Which app provides better customer support for non-English speaking customers?
