Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a dedicated WhatsApp marketing solution, and with a smaller budget or simpler needs, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat may suffice. The perfect rating suggests strong performance within its focused area. However, businesses seeking a more comprehensive AI-powered solution for automating sales and customer support across multiple channels should opt for Zipchat AI Chatbot+Whatsapp AI. While the rating is slightly lower, the higher review count and detailed feature set, particularly the no-code AI chatbot and multi-language support, indicate a more robust and versatile platform. Merchants willing to invest in AI for 24/7 support, abandoned cart recovery, and personalized product recommendations will likely find Zipchat a more valuable asset.
