Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with automating payment reminders and reducing outstanding invoices, Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro is the likely better choice. Its specialized focus and the larger number of reviews (despite both being 5 stars) suggest a proven solution for this particular pain point. However, merchants looking for a more comprehensive SMS and WhatsApp marketing platform, capable of running various campaigns beyond payment reminders, should consider Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing. While it has fewer reviews, its broader functionality may justify further investigation. Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific marketing goals and priorities of the Shopify merchant in 2026.
