While Kindly: Payment Reminder Pro enjoys positive reviews, merchants often seek alternatives for various reasons. These can include the need for more comprehensive marketing automation, specific channel support beyond payment reminders (like WhatsApp), or a desire for more advanced AI-powered features. Cost can also be a factor, as some merchants look for more budget-friendly options or those that offer different pricing structures. In 2026, the landscape of customer engagement and payment recovery continues to evolve, making it essential to explore available solutions that better fit individual business needs.
