Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on improving on-site search and product discovery with easy-to-use merchandising tools and direct compatibility with Shopify Markets and Hydrogen, Klevu appears to be the stronger choice. Its AI-driven approach and focused features are ideal for quickly optimizing the shopping experience. However, for merchants looking for a more comprehensive Commerce Experience Platform that integrates search, personalization, merchandising, and content management across various touchpoints, Nosto is the more suitable option. The higher review count for Nosto suggests it has a broader user base and potentially a more mature platform, even though its rating is slightly lower than Klevu's.
